Terms of Service

I can :
- Refuse a commission for any reason I see justified.
- Show commissioned work and promote myself with it, credit(s) given when possible.You can :
- Share and repost the commissioned work with credit(s) given.
- Use the art for personal use.You are not allowed to :
- Claim the commissioned work as your own.
- Edit/trace the art in any way and claim it as your own. This includes hiding, removing, and/or obscuring my watermark and signature.
- Use my work for commercial use (especially not NFTs)


✦ Any additional character will be charged 80% of its cost.Further Explanation if needed : A duo where there's a full body and a half-body, both lineart, the main character in the scene being the full body, the half-body will cost 80% of its original price.
Full body = 20€
Half-body = 15€ ➝ 80% of 15 = 80/100 * 15€ = 12€
Which will make it 32€
(4 characters max.)✦You can request changes during the sketch process, however after the sketch is done, requests for tweaks over the commission will not be taken aside from lighting requests if a colored commission.

The prices are not all fixed and will change to higher prices if seen justified (this highly weighs on the amount of details asked and what I may have to make up myself due to lack of information). This may apply to characters as well with complex designs.

- Payment through PayPal only.
- All prices are in EUR, if converted, it will be priced at the upper whole value.
[Example : 10€ = 10.71$ will be rounded at 11$]
- Payment is to be made in half, 1/2 before I start to sketch and the other 1/2 after the sketch is agreed on, I will not continue any further until then.
- You will be refunded half the price if asked before the lines are done. There will be no refunds afterward.
- If, for some reason, I am to stop the commission myself before completion, you will be refunded 2/3 of the price [This may depend however on how far I went in the process.].

I am always open to suggestions, so even if something is not in this list, you can always ask ! I don't bite... Maybe :D ✨

How to Order

[A side step that can be skipped, but if there is a specific name and/or gender you would like to be addressed as, do specify it.]1. (After you've read the ToS) You can contact me through Discord (theia_diki), Instagram, or through e-mail ([email protected]).[You can try other platforms, but these are the quickest ones to reach.]2. Tell me what kind of commission you want :
The type (sketch, line, color, etc).
The amount of characters if more than one.
The kind of background if any at all.3. Provide a description and/or reference(s) of what you would like for your commission (pose of the character(s), a background maybe or setting, different outfits ?, etc)
[It is preferred to have some sort of picture(s).].4. It might be asked for a small description of the character(s)'s personality, this is not a requirement, only to simplify a portrayal of the character in action.The base canvas size will be a [square] 3000px, if you have a precise size in mind you may request it, and if I deem it possible or reasonable, I will change to it.5. I will ask for half the payment before starting the task after we have agreed on it.6. After the sketch has been agreed on, I will ask for the other half of the payment before continuing any further.From then on, I will provide updates to make sure the commission goes where you'd like it to go.
